Wish you all a Mangal(auspicious)yatra in 2014

As per Chinese astrology, the year 2014 is the year of horse. As per Carnatic music scale adopted by vipanisangeetham Nifty is now at D1(Sudha Daivatham)and Daivatham's frequency is derived from the sound of Horse. Considering above aspects along with the general election in April/May 2014 it seems Nifty may move in a horse shoe shape(U) in the coming year and the Nifty's higher range may be D1 & D2 combined ie. 6154 - 6921. Wish you all a Mangal Yatra ( Mangalyan is on its way to Mangal(Mars) and expected to reach its target by December 2014) in the New Year 2014.

As on 1st November 2013, Sun,Rahu,Saturn,& Mercury in Libra, Venus in Sagitarius, Ketu in Aries, Jupiter in Gemini, Mars in Leo and Moon in Virgo. Planetary transits in November: 16th Sun -> Scorpio, 26th Mars -> Virgo. When ever Moon passes through Rahu-Ketu on new-moon days solar eclipses occur and on full-moon days lunar eclipses. The visibility of eclipses depends on the time of occurances. On 3rd November 2013 there is a solar eclipse, but not visible in India. The congregation of planets around Rahu as seen in the chart above has caused many natural calamities like earthquake, volcano erruption, cyclone, heavy rain recently. That may continue till planets moves away from Rahu.
The planetary positions given are at the time of sunrise in India(Kerala) and conjunction effects on markets may be seen on the countries (Asia / Europe / US) over which conjunction(0°-5°)take places. As per above Nifty may move downwards on 7th and 27/28th. As Jupiter is in retrograde from 7th November 13 to 6th March 2014 the conjunctions may have adverse effects on market during this period. As begining of Jupiter retrograde coincides with Moon-Mars conjunction on 7th be cautious on that day.

"'Sell In May And Go Away' : A well-known trading adage that warns investors to sell their stock holdings in May to avoid a seasonal decline in equity markets. The "sell in May and go away" strategy is that an investor who sells his or her stock holdings in May and gets back into the equity market in November - thereby avoiding the typically volatile May-October period - would be much better off than an investor who stays in equities throughout the year." This was mentioned in Grahanila post dated 1st May 2013. But, an investor who comes back now find that market has gone up and not suitable to enter the market. This situation happened in 2007 & 2010 also. That means he/she has to come back earlier in every three years ie. when Rahu is in even number rasis like Kumbham(Aquarius), Dhanu(Sagittarus), Thulam(Libra)etc. We may get a confirmation of this in November 2016. So, there is a possibility of deep correction in early part of 2016 and a fast recovery by Diwali.

How Nifty close can be mapped on Franklin sqare?

"Hara Hara Mahadev", a prayer to Lord Shiva contains eight letters. Number eight is the most important number in the number world. It is considered as a stable number and represents eight directions("asta dikh" in Sanskrit). In digital world also it has a prominent place. It is the base number in a digital display and any number can be created from 8. Eight bits forms a byte and digital space is measured by means of bytes - Kilo Bytes(KB), Mega Bytes(MB), Giga Bytes(GB)ect. American mathmatician, scientist, statesman and author Benjamin Franklin's order eight magic square contains largest number of features and can be seen here. Total of 8 numbers in this square is 260 which represents Mercury, the planet of trade and commerce. Dan Brown uses the order of arrangement of numbers in Franklin square in his novel "Lost Symbol" to unlock a secret map.

Nandi thought of stacking up eight such squares and creating a cube of 512 (ie. 8 x 8 x 8) and started to map Nifty closing on it from last "Vishu"(April 14th) and found very useful to know the exact position of Nifty with respect to its past in this area. To record this the following norms are adopted : (a) Base figure 512 and its multiples represented by A,B,C,D,.....etc. (b) Eight upward stacks represented by 0,1,2,3,.......7 (c) Remaining last two numbers as seen in the square. Thus yesterday closing figure 6145 is mapped as "L001" ( 512 x 12 + 0 x 0 + 01) and shown in bracket after swaram in the top left. In the table different colors are used for different months and here Lavender for May and Orange for October. Nifty closing at "55" (5 represents panchakshari manthra "NaMahShiVaYa") is positive for Nifty and probably a support area. 5495 on 9th April, 2013 and 5303 on 21st August, 2013 are the examples so far. Om Namah Shivaya.

Adhar - technological cheating of poor

Linking "Adhar" with LPG has been introduced by the central government to avoid payment of subsidy to non-genuene LPG consumers and thereby reduce expenditure of the government. It was told that the consumers need not pay extra amount since the increase in the bill amount will be subsidised by credit to bank account. But, in effect the consumers are forced to pay an extra amount of Rs. 175.49 as shown in the table above. Verily, it is cheating by the Finance Ministry / UPA government on the pretext of implementing an advanced system. It is gathered that the gas agency delivery boys are collectig Rs.1,100/- from illiterate women folk for delivering one LPG gas cylinder. The central government should keep up their words and reduce the price of LPG cylinder or increase the subsidy amount being credited to bank accounts and monitor the activities of gas agencies. Consumers who have not linked Adhar with LPG so far may delay it as far as possible, since the LPG cylinder is available to them at the old price till it is linked with Adhar. Kerala is the first state to introduce this system. Consumers' and other public organisations of other states may take preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of the same in their states.

Full moons in the garden & the Nifty

The above flower is commonly known as "Nishagandhi" in India or ‘Queen of the Night’, the Japanese people call it Gekka Bijin, which means ‘Beautiful Woman Under the Moon’. Wikipedia description says Epiphyllum oxypetalum is a species of cactus and one of the most cultivated species in the genus. It is not a variety of nightblooming Cereus and shouldn't be confused with species of Selenicereus. Nishagandhi blooms more than once in a year, but on certain days(most of the buds blooms on day one and the remaining next day) only with a gap of more than one month. Similar to moon it takes around a fortnight to bloom after the buds appeard on plant's stems/leaves. And again similar to moon it blooms in the night only (after 9.00 p.m) and unblooms before the dawn. It's a wonderful flower with a pleasant aroma and you can watch its beauty in many Yutube videos.

Now to the point, how it catches our attention. Nandi observed that when ever the flower bloomed in his terrace garden, that day Nifty took a downward move. Last such dates were 27-Aug-13, 26-Jun-13 and 29-May-13 when Nifty lost 189 points, 20 points and 7 points respectively. On a search on the subject it was found that the flower bloomed on 5th August 2011 at Bangalore and on that day Nifty lost 120 points. On 20th September 2013 eight buds appeared in Nandi's terrace garden and it's growing steadily. The day when it will bloom is not known at present, may be on 1st or 2nd October. Waiting to see how it will be this time. From now on please observe the blooms in your garden and give your feed back. Like full moons it may have a success rate of 8 out of 10.

Raghuram Rajan's first RBI credit policy

The MSF was earlier hiked from 8.25% to 10.25% in mid-July 2013. As a result Nifty discarded most of yesterday's gains and slipped down to 5933 and after some volatile moves closed at 6012 with a loss of 104 points. Nifty futures range was 6155 - 5950 a difference of 205 points.

As on 1st September 2013, The Sun & Mercury in Leo, Venus in Virgo, Saturn & Rahu in Libra, Ketu in Aries, Jupiter & Moon in Gemini and Mars in Cancer. Nifty knows carnatic music perfectly !!!

M1(Sudha Madhyamam)range is 5123(bottom) - 5286(middle) - 5464(top) and Nifty moved exactly to these levels during the last three days. Nifty closing on Monday was 5477(Friday 5472), yesterday closing was 5287 and today(28-8-13) after moving down to 5119 closed at 5285 again. So, it is clear that Nifty knows carnatic music perfectly. Todays Nifty moves has resemblence to its moves on 5th August 2011 as can be seen below:

London Bullion Assn Chief supports our view

London Bullion Market Association Chairman David Gornall suggested Goverment of India to utilise the 200 tonnes of gold it bought from IMF in 2009 to tide over the problems created by trade imbalance. The same view with a different method of use was expressed by "Vipanisangeetham" in 8th June, 2013 post. Government of India should act fast without wasting further time to mitigate the problems now being faced.
